Silver Electrolysis Refining Machine (50kg/24h)
The machine function is refining 80% silver bars or old 925% silver Jewelry to 99.9% silver or 99.99% silver.
While refining silver, precious metal such as gold and platinium are also separated from the anode mud.
Anode: 80%~90% purity silver Cathode: Titanium sheet
Electrolyte: 10% nitric acid solution
Working principle:
Using 925 sterling silver as the anode and a titanium plate as the cathode, the anode is dissolved into the electrolyte via electrolysis and subsequently deposited onto the cathode to form metallic silver; silver sludge is collected using an electrolytic cell with a sloped bottom.
